I do agree with Murray’s  point that a writer need not always write multiple times or reread the draft several times. I also agree that  professional writers tend to go over several drafts over their head or going page by page. 

I too most of the times tend to go page by page as it not only makes the task easier but also as close to perfect almost in the first or almost second draft.

I also love the fact how Murray explains that writers try to focus on the seven main elements of the writing such as title, audience, genre, structure, development, logic, and tone.

I also agree with Murray’s  method of Reading-out-Loud to paraphrase the text.

I also do agree with Murray that a writer’s work is never truly completed in the eyes of the writer.
